Service Command
Terms of Service
Effective August 26, 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Service Command software platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accepting an invitation to a workspace, or using Service Command, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Service Command for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Service Command provides field-service-management software that may include customer management, estimates, scheduling, dispatch, technician workflows, invoices, payment records, communications, reporting, documents, service plans and integrations. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts and authorized users
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining credential security and all activity under your workspace. Workspace owners control invited users and roles. You must promptly disable users who should no longer have access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Service Command to break the law; infringe rights; transmit malware; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; send unlawful or abusive communications; store prohibited payment-card data; or use the service in a way that creates unreasonable security, operational or legal risk.
5. Customer and employee data
You retain responsibility for information you and your users place in Service Command. You represent that you have the rights, notices and permissions needed to process customer, employee, location, communications and job information through the service.
6. Subscription and third-party fees
Service Command subscription charges cover the software plan selected. Third-party services such as payment processing, phone/SMS, accounting, electronic signature and other external providers may require separate accounts and fees. Taxes may apply where required.
Unless a written offer states otherwise, subscriptions renew according to the billing cadence selected and can be cancelled as provided in the applicable checkout or account controls.
7. Payments and accounting
Service Command provides workflow tools and integrations but is not a bank, accounting firm, tax advisor, payment network or money transmitter. Businesses remain responsible for pricing, refunds, taxes, bookkeeping, reconciliation and compliance with their payment and accounting providers.
8. Phone, SMS and location features
Phone, SMS and location features depend on third-party networks, device permissions, carrier rules and regulatory requirements. Businesses are responsible for required messaging registrations, consent, disclosures and lawful use. Location and route information should be treated as operational assistance and not as a guarantee of travel time, employee conduct or safety.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, provider or product reasons.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Command is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Service Command does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, safety or trade-professional advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service Command and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for Service Command during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Workspace owners may cancel and may request deletion of workspace data subject to retention obligations.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance when permitted by law.
14. Contact
